How to get started? (set up time of ~10 minutes)
Already have a TrustSignal account
If you already have an existing TrustSignal account:
Open your TrustSignal dashboard on panel.trustsignal.io
Add this webhook (https://bikapi.bikayi.app/integrations/trustsignalWebhookApiFunctions-listen) in the ‘SMS Webhooks’ tab under ‘SMS Settings’ (https://panel.trustsignal.io/webhooks/smswebhook)
Copy the API Key from the ‘SMS API’ section on your TrustSignal dashboard
Go to the ‘Integrations’ section & connect your TrustSignal account on BIK by entering the above API Key
Get you templates approved on TrustSignal’s dashboard
Go to the Campaigns tab on your Bik dashboard
Click on ‘Start campaign’ and select ‘SMS’
Select the required customer segment
Select the SMS template you want to use in your campaign
Select the ‘Header’ with which you want to start the campaign

Creating a new TrustSignal account
You can easily create a new TrustSignal account if you don’t have one already. Bik users get access to TrustSignal’s special pricing plans while signing up.
Visit the link https://panel.trustsignal.io/register to Signup on TrustSignal.
Reach out to the support team by mailing them at [email protected] to completing the account setup
Meanwhile, integrate your TrustSignal account by following the steps mentioned from Step 1 to Step 4 above
Once, the TrustSignal team has completed the setup, send an SMS by following Step 6 onwards given above
