Help me write :

The "Help Me Write" button in BIK offers AI-powered assistance for responding to customer messages from helpdesk. The "Help Me Write" button is easily accessible from the message console for the agents to converse.

Features of the AI assistant:

  1. AI-Generated Responses: When you receive a message from a customer, click the "Help Me Write" button. The AI Assistant will generate a response based on the data sources you’ve configured in the BIK AI tab under Train Your AI submenu or Manage Data source.

  2. Personalized Responses: You can set the personality of the AI Assistant, and it will generate responses that align with the selected personality.

  3. Editable Drafts: The AI-generated responses are not sent directly to the customer. They appear in the text editor, allowing you to review and edit them as needed before sending.

  4. Order Status and Product Suggestions: When a customer inquires about an order status, the AI will generate a response based on the provided order number. Additionally, the AI can suggest products from the store when requested by the customer.

  5. Toggle AI Assistant: You can easily enable or disable the BIK AI Assistant in the BIK AI settings.

This feature enhances your communication efficiency, providing helpful and personalised interactions with customers.

  • This feature is only available in WhatsApp and Instagram channel and not for comments and email.

  • For each response generated 1 BIK AI credit will be deducted i.e., 1 Response = 1 Credit

  • This feature is not available for bot tickets, the ticket should be either in unassigned bucket or assigned to an agent.

2) Can the AI Assistant suggest products to customers?

Yes, the AI Assistant can suggest products from the store when a customer asks for recommendations.

3) What happens if the assistant couldn't find any related response?

It will return couldn't find any response for it.

4) Can I customize the AI Assistant's personality?

Yes, you can set the personality of the AI Assistant in the BIK AI settings, ensuring the responses align with your preferred tone and style.
