BIK AI Settings offers a comprehensive suite of tools designed to enhance your helpdesk and journey flows. By leveraging advanced AI capabilities, you can streamline your customer support processes, provide personalised responses, and boost your overall efficiency.

BIK AI settings:

The BIK AI settings are divided into four main tabs:

  1. Get Started

  2. Customize

  3. Helpdesk

  4. Journeys


Get Started:

1. Shopify Sync

When you first access the settings page, the "Get Started" tab will be displayed. Here, you need to initiate the store data sync by clicking the "Sync Store Data" or "Sync Your Shopify Store" button at the top of the tab. This will synchronise your Shopify products, pages, blogs, and articles. If your store has more than 5000 products, it will not get synced.

2. BIK AI Credits

After syncing data for your Shopify store, 100 free AI credits will be added to your BIK AI wallet. You can add more credits by contacting support. These free credits can be added on top of any recharged credits.


Customize:

Once your data is synced, the "Customize" tab will become visible.

1. Train Your AI

Here, you can add data sources such as FAQs and custom data files. Additionally, the fetched Shopify pages will also be displayed. Your AI will use these data sources to generate responses.

2. Assistant Personality

You can also configure how the assistant should respond to the customer queries.

You can configure four types of Assistant Personality:

  1. Professional 😐 : Formal, respectful and serious

  2. Playful πŸ˜‰: Casual, enthusiastic and funny

  3. Friendly πŸ˜„: Neutral, enthusiastic and respectful

  4. Empathetic ☺️ : Respectful, matter-of-fact and casual

AI personality might not be visible for short answers.


Helpdesk:

Make your customer support faster and more efficient using BIK AI. Enable the Helpdesk AI Assistant by toggling the switch from BIK AI Helpdesk. Without enabling this, you cannot use the AI features in the helpdesk.

There are two AI settings in the helpdesk:

  1. Auto Reply to Tickets

    Reduce your customer support effort by letting AI auto-reply to customer queries with personalized replies and tailored product recommendations. Each reply will deduct 1 credit from your BIK AI credit.

  2. Help Me Write

    Use our GPT-powered AI Assistant to generate responses for frequently asked questions, increasing the efficiency of your customer support. Each generated response will deduct 1 credit from your BIK AI credit.


Journeys:

Unlock higher conversion rates and ease agent work with personalized replies and recommendations using BIK AI.

There are four AI settings for journeys:

  1. Price Please AI

    Respond only to positive comments. Enhance your Price Please Automations with AI Product Mapping and AI Comment Filtering. This feature is free and does not require credits.

  2. Recommend

    Use AI to recommend products to users based on your entire Shopify catalog, driving sales through personalised suggestions. Each recommendation will deduct 1 credit from your BIK AI credit.

  3. Classify

    Automatically categorize incoming messages to classify their sentiment or trigger the appropriate automation, reducing customer support effort. Each classification will deduct 1 credit from your BIK AI credit.

  4. Reply

    Enable AI to generate unique and personalized replies for frequently asked questions, enhancing engagement and customer satisfaction. Each reply will deduct 1 credit from your BIK AI credit.


How to configure BIK AI settings:

Follow these steps to configure BIK AI settings:

  1. Access "BIK AI" in the BIK dashboard.

  2. Here you can see all four tabs: Get Started (if it's your first time), Customize, Helpdesk, and Journeys.

  3. Select the respective tab and configure the AI settings for your helpdesk or journeys.

You can train your AI by adding the required data sources using the Train your AI submenu.


Limitations:

  1. If your store has more than 5000 products, only pages, articles, and blogs will be synced.

  2. Helpdesk AI features will only be available if you enable the Helpdesk AI Assistant.

  3. If you attempt to use AI features directly in CRM and journeys without activation, an "Activate BIK AI" modal will appear, prompting you to sync your Shopify data.

  4. If all your credits got used, features that require credits will not function. You will need to recharge your credits to continue using these features.

We have a limitation of maximum of 5000 products for few AI features to work. If you have more than 5000 products please contact support.


FAQs

1) How can I add more credits to my BIK AI wallet?

To add more credits, contact BIK support. Your free credits will be added on top of any recharged credits, giving you more flexibility in using AI features.

2) Can I customise the data sources for training my AI?
Yes, in the "Train Your AI" section, you can add various data sources such as FAQs, custom data files, and Shopify pages. These sources help the AI generate accurate and relevant responses.

3) How do BIK AI credits work?

After syncing your Shopify store, you receive 100 free credits. Each AI action, such as auto-replying to tickets or generating responses, deducts 1 credit. You can add more credits by contacting support.
