The AI Product Recommend Block is a powerful block used in WhatsApp and Instagram flows to suggest products to users based on their product search queries. This block leverages AI to recommend products by analysing customer messages and can also suggest similar products by using the product's name. The AI Product Recommend Block can utilise variables that contain product search query-related values, such as a question block variable or a starting point value (flow trigger input). If the searched product is not available in the store, the AI will recommend similar products.

Add Variable:
You need to add a variable that contains the value of the product search query. This can be a question block variable or a starting point (flow trigger input).
Fallback:
If the AI Product Recommend Block does not recommend any product, the fallback flow connected to this block will be executed.
Get Started:
1. Shopify Sync
When you first access the settings page, the "Get Started" tab will be displayed. Here, you need to initiate the store data sync by clicking the "Sync Store Data" or "Sync Your Shopify Store" button at the top of the tab. This will synchronise your Shopify products, pages, blogs, and articles. If your store has more than 5000 products, they will not sync.
2. BIK AI Credits
After syncing your Shopify store, 100 free credits will be added to your BIK AI wallet. You can add more credits by contacting support. These free credits will be added on top of any recharged credits.
How to Use AI Product Recommend Block in Journeys:
Access "Journeys" in BIK Dashboard:
Navigate to the "Journeys" section in the BIK dashboard.
Create Instagram or WhatsApp Journeys:
Start by creating a journey for either Instagram or WhatsApp.
Select AI Product Recommend from BIK.ai:
Choose the AI Product Recommend block from the BIK.ai options.
Input Flow Trigger:
Provide a flow trigger input at the starting point or use a question block to ask for the product search query.
Use Variables:
Utilize the product intent variable in the AI Product Recommend Block. This will generate a list of similar products related to the product search query.
Incorporate into Further Blocks:
For WhatsApp:
Use the generated variable in further blocks such as Single Product, Multi-Product, and Product Card blocks.
For Instagram:
Use the Product Carousel block to display the AI-recommended products to users.
Display Recommended Products:
Single Product and Product Card:
Show only one product, which will be the first product recommended by the AI Product Recommend Block.
Multi-Product and Product Carousel:
Display multiple products by using Multi-Product and Product Carousel blocks. This allows all the products recommended by the AI Product Recommend Block to be shown to users.
