AI Classify Block:
The AI Classify block is a powerful tool that uses artificial intelligence to categorize customer messages. Based on the content and tone of the message, this block can determine the appropriate journey for the customer. It can classify queries related to stores, products, or even the tone of the message. Additionally, you can customize the block to meet specific needs, such as gathering feedback on particular topics.

Fallback Node: Optionally route messages that don't fit any classification to a fallback node.
Setting Up the AI Classify Block:
Access "Journeys" in BIK Dashboard: Navigate to the "Journeys" section in the BIK dashboard.
Create Instagram or WhatsApp Journeys: Start by creating a journey for either Instagram or WhatsApp.
Select AI Classify block from BIK.ai:Choose the AI Classify block from the BIK.ai options.
Use variables that stores the value of the customer query and add in the classify block: Add the variable containing message to be used to generate a reply
Choose the type of classification from the dropdown. The classification can be on the basis of Conversation Topic, Message tone or even Freeform
Custom Text and Feedback Topics
Enter custom text to use the block as required.
Define custom text topics by typing a topic and pressing ENTER.
Add informative names to topics for clear classification.
Enable fallback: This will add a node to connect a flow in case of failure in classifying message to a category
