The AI Ask Question Block is a newly introduced feature that leverages AI to streamline the process of collecting information from users across various channels, including email. This block allows businesses to ask predefined or custom questions, gather user responses in natural language, and dynamically handle missing answers.

    • Select from predefined sets or create custom questions.

    • Categories include:

      • Basic Customer Information: Name, Address, Email, Phone Number.

    • Automatically re-questions unanswered items.

  5. Three Flow Nodes for Outcomes

    • Answered: Triggered when all questions are answered.

    • Partial Answer: Triggered when only some questions are answered.

    • Not Answered: Triggered when no response is received after retries.

  6. Multi-Channel Support

    • Available on all channels, including email.

  7. Seamless Integration

    • Located under the BIK AI Menu in the right panel of the Flow Builder.


How It Works?

Step-by-Step Guide to Configure the AI Ask Block

  1. Open the Flow Builder.

  2. Navigate to the BIK AI Menu in the right panel and drag the AI Ask Question Block into your flow.

  3. Choose Questions:

    • Select from predefined question sets (e.g., Basic Customer Information, Order Related Information).

    • Add custom questions if needed.

  4. Configure Retries:

    • Set up to 4 retries for partial or no answers.

  5. Save and test the flow.

  1. Encourage Complete Replies:

    • Inform users to provide answers to all questions in one message to avoid repeated questioning.

    • Use the Not Answered node to escalate queries to customer support if no response is received.
