Overview
Nested Labels allow you to organize and categorize your tickets more effectively by creating a hierarchy of labels.
You can have parent labels with multiple child labels, making it easier to track, manage, and filter content. This structure gives you the flexibility to organize related items under a common parent label.
Example:
Product > Issue
Product > Issue > Broken
Product > Issue > Broken > Base
In this structure:
"Product" is the parent label.
"Issue," "Broken," and "Base" are child labels under "Product."

Labels in HelpDesk
We have revamped the label system in the Helpdesk to make it easier to manage and categorize labels. Labels are now grouped into two main categories: Custom Labels and BIK Labels.
Label Categories
Custom Labels: These are the labels you create. They will appear under the Custom Labels section.
BIK Labels: Labels created by BIK are displayed under the BIK Labels section.
This new structure helps differentiate between labels created by users and system-generated labels, improving label management and clarity.
Ticket Label Display
Weโve also updated the way labels are displayed on tickets:
All labels for a ticket are now visible, but to keep the interface clean, additional labels are hidden by default.
To view more labels, simply click Show More to expand and see all associated labels for the ticket.
These changes streamline your Helpdesk experience, making it easier to track and manage labels efficiently.
