Scheduled Reports provide a convenient way to receive essential data reports at regular intervals—daily, weekly, or monthly. With this feature, you can automate report delivery and focus on analyzing the insights instead of manually generating them.

Schedulable Reports

Only specific reports are eligible for scheduling. These reports are available in the Scheduled Reports section.

You must have Staff permissions for the store to subscribe to a report.


Key Features

1. Subscribe/Unsubscribe

  • Manage your subscriptions to scheduled reports effortlessly.

  • Choose to subscribe to or unsubscribe from any eligible report based on your needs.

2. Add/Delete Schedules

  • Create a schedule to receive the reports automatically.

  • Remove existing schedules when they’re no longer needed.

3. Scheduling Options

While scheduling a report, you can specify the following:

  • Report Name: Select the report you want to schedule.

  • Additional Parameters: Provide details such as flow name or channel if required for the report.

  • Frequency: Choose the report delivery schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly).

  • Subscribers: Add the list of staff members who should receive the scheduled report.


How to Schedule a Report

Step 1: Access Scheduled Reports in Reports Section

Navigate to the Scheduled Reports section from your dashboard.

Step 2: Add a New Schedule

1. Click on the Add Schedule button.

2. Fill in the required details:

  • Select the Report Name.

  • Enter any Additional Parameters for the report.

  • Choose the delivery schedule: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

  • Add the recipients in the Subscribers field.

3. Click Save to confirm your schedule.

Step 3: Manage Subscriptions

  • To subscribe or unsubscribe from an existing schedule, toggle the subscription settings for the desired report.

  • You can also edit the subscription.

Step 4: Delete a Schedule

  • Locate the schedule you want to delete.

  • Click the Stop scheduling report and confirm the action, that will delete the schedule.

Q2: Can I schedule multiple reports at once?

Yes, you can create separate schedules for different reports based on your requirements.

No, only users with Staff permissions can subscribe to scheduled reports.

Q4: Can I update the schedule frequency later?

Yes, you can edit the schedule to update the frequency, parameters, or subscribers.
