Reports that can now be generated at the campaign level, with the added flexibility to specify a date range. These reports provide deeper insights and more detailed analysis options, allowing you to better understand customer behaviour and campaign performance.

1. Customer Conversion Report

This report provides a comprehensive view of all conversion events performed by customers, giving you a clear picture of their engagement and actions.

Key Metrics:

  • Link Clicks: Tracks the number of times customers clicked on campaign links.

  • Revenue: Displays the total revenue generated from customer purchases.

  • Orders: Shows the total number of customer orders.

  • Product Purchases: Lists the specific products purchased by customers.

  • Cart Additions: Tracks when products were added to customers' carts.
