This page shows all the available details of the campaign at one place.

it has three sections of analytics related to campaign.

  • Sales

  • Deliverability

  • Engagement

Sales

This shows all the orders that are placed through the campaign and sales from that campaign along with ROI.

If Frontend Tracker is enabled for that store we also show Product Viewed, Add to cart with cart value and Abandoned checkouts count.

You can also download orders report from this section if any orders placed through the campaign.

Deliverability

This section shows the total number of customers the campaign was created and Messages sent, customer count who received it along with the failure count if any with the reason.

You can also Download error report from here which has failure reason including customer details

Engagement

This section shows messages read, interacted, replied, Link clicked, and also Customers opted out count.

You can download campaign quality report which shows opted out customer details

Engagement over customers

This section shows the graphical representation of the engagement over customers.

Create Segment from Details page

This section helps to create segment based on the customer engagement over the campaign, you can include and exclude customers based on their response.

below that we show the segments included and excluded in campaign with the count of the customers, you can also get the list on email by clicking on the Get list on email button.

Template Preview

Campaign details also has the template preview you selected while sending the campaign. Click on view template button to see the variables used in the template.

Campaign Actions

Using these actions you can Duplicate the campaign Refresh the analytics. if the campaign has any parent broadcast or child broadcast we also show a CTA to redirect to that broadcast.


FAQs

1. How do I check which segments were included or excluded in the campaign?

The page shows a list of segments included and excluded in the campaign along with the customer counts. You can also use the Get List on Email button to receive these details in your inbox.

2. What types of reports can I download from the Campaign Details page?

You can download:

  • Orders Report: Contains details of orders placed through the campaign.

  • Error Report: Lists failed messages with reasons and customer details.

  • Campaign Quality Report: Includes details of opted-out customers.

3. What actions are available for a campaign?

The Campaign Actions section allows you to:

  • Duplicate the campaign.

  • Refresh analytics for updated metrics.

  • Navigate to any related parent or child broadcasts via provided CTAs (if applicable).

4. Can I preview the campaign template?

Yes, the Campaign Details page includes a Template Preview section. Click on the View Template button to see the template and variables used in the campaign.
