Campaigns - Inclusion & Exclusion

Customer Inclusion & Exclusion allows you to dynamically include or exclude the segments while sending a campaign. This feature helps tailor messaging with precision for Whatsapp, Email, or SMS, making targeting easier and more effective. You can view these details in the broadcast overview, including which segments were excluded and included, along with the final count of each.

Including and excluding the campaign segments:

To use the inclusion and exclusion feature, follow these steps:

1. Access the campaign in the BIK dashboard.

2. Click on the "Start Campaign" button to begin.

3. Enter details such as the campaign name and channel details (e.g., WhatsApp number, subject, pre-header, and from email address).

4. Include or exclude campaign segments as needed, then click on the "Next" button.

5. Schedule the campaign for a specific date and time.

6. You can view the excluded and included segment customers in add details & scheduled broadcast page

7. You can see the same details in the broadcast overview and details on which were excluded and included and the final count of each.

1) Is there a limit to the number of segments I can include or exclude in a campaign?

Yes, you can include or exclude up to five campaign segments for a single campaign.

2) How can I track the performance of my campaigns using the inclusion and exclusion feature?
You can track the performance of your campaigns by analyzing the data and metrics provided in the campaign overview. This will help you understand the impact of including or excluding certain segments on your campaign's success.

3) Can I change the included or excluded segments after scheduling a campaign?
Yes, you can edit the included or excluded segments by clicking on "Edit" in the three dots menu on the campaign overview page.

4) Will subscribers be notified if they are excluded from a campaign?
No, notifications will not be sent for segments excluded from a campaign.
