What Are Drip Campaigns?
Drip Campaigns are automated follow-ups sent after your main broadcast.
Based on real customer actions like reads, clicks, failures, abandoned products, or orders BIK automatically sends the next message at the time you selected and through the right channel.
You can chain multiple drips across channels to create complete automated journeys:
Main Campaign → Drip 1 → Drip 2 → Drip 3 ...

How Drip Campaigns Work
1. Start With Your Main Campaign
Create and schedule a WhatsApp, Email, RCS, or SMS broadcast as usual.
2. Configure Your First Drip
After scheduling or creating the main campaign, a Drip Setup Modal appears.
Here, you can:
Choose your Trigger
Choose your Channel
Select a different template (drips are not required to use the same template as the main campaign)
Set your Schedule (delay after the trigger event)
Confirm
3. Drip Shows as a Scheduled Campaign
Drips appear in your campaign list with a Drip tag.
They follow the same Retry Logic as normal campaigns.
4. Auto-Created Segments
Drip-specific segments are generated 15 minutes before execution.
You’ll find them under Filter Segments.
5. Multi-Step Drip Journeys
You can trigger drips from:
The main campaign
Another drip campaign
This creates layered, behaviour-based automated follow-up flows.
6. Editing & Duplication Rules for Drips
Editing drip campaigns is NOT allowed (once created).
Duplicating drip campaigns is NOT allowed.
You CAN cancel a drip campaign if it hasn’t executed yet.
Configure Drip Campaign from Campaign Details Page.
