Create a New Segment Based on Customer Response

This feature allows you to target specific customers based on their responses to a particular campaign.

Steps to Create a Segment from the Campaign Details Page

1. Select a Campaign:

  • Navigate to the campaign details page for the campaign you wish to use for segment creation.

2. Choose Events to Include:

  • Use the dropdown menu to select the events that identify the customers you want to include in the segment.

3. Exclude Specific Customers (Optional):

  • If there are certain customers you want to exclude based on specific events, check the "Exclude" checkbox.

  • Select the events related to the customers you wish to exclude.

5. Create the Segment:

  • Click the "Create Segment" button. This action will take you to the segment creation page.

6. Review and Edit:

  • On the segment creation page, review the pre-filled details based on your selections. The campaign name will be automatically filled in if the segment is created from the campaign details page.

  • Check the customer count to ensure it meets your requirements.

  • Make any necessary edits to the segment.

7. Save the Segment:

  • Once satisfied with the segment details, click "Save" to finalize the segment creation.

The below mentioned events are not supported in respective channels:

Email : Replied, Campaign QRB clicked

SMS : Read, Campaign QRB Clicked, Opted Out

Can I create a segment without excluding any customers?

Yes, excluding customers is optional. If you want to target all customers who meet your inclusion criteria, you can simply skip the exclusion step and proceed to create the segment.

Can I edit a segment after it has been created?

Yes, you can edit a segment after it has been created by navigating to the segments section of your account.

Select the segment you wish to modify and make the necessary changes.

Can I create multiple segments from the same campaign?

Yes, you can create multiple segments from the same campaign by repeating the segment creation process with different criteria. This allows you to target various groups within your customer base effectively.
