Campaign Scheduling allows you to plan and automate the delivery of your marketing campaigns to ensure maximum impact. By scheduling your campaigns in advance, you can target customers at optimal times and dates, increasing the effectiveness of your outreach and helping you engage customers before other brands.

Steps to create Scheduled Campaigns:

  • Start a campaign for the channel you want to target your audience.

  • Add the campaign details in the first step and select segments of the customers.

  • In the next step select the template you want to send to your customers.

  • In the final step review all the details and select the schedule campaign check box to make it a scheduled campaign.

  • After selecting the checkbox you can select the preferred date and time you want to send the campaign.

  • After selecting the time and date click on the schedule campaign button.

  • When schedule campaign is clicked, confirm in the modal that opens with the customer count.

Schedule campaign will be executed based on the store time zone

After successfully scheduling the campaign you can

  • Edit the campaign till the scheduled time

  • Cancel the campaign from the broadcast overview screen

Click on the options of the campaign, where you can see both edit and cancel options. Edit also can be done from the campaign details screen.


FAQs

1) Will my campaign be sent according to my local time zone?

The campaign will be executed based on the store's time zone. Ensure that you are aware of the time zone setting to avoid any scheduling conflicts.

2) Can I edit a scheduled campaign?

Yes, you can edit the campaign details up until the scheduled time of the campaign. You can make edits either from the campaign overview screen or by clicking on the options of the campaign in the broadcast details screen.

3) How do I cancel a scheduled campaign?

You can cancel the campaign by navigating to the broadcast overview screen. Click on the contextual dots, and you will see the option to cancel the campaign.
