FAQs

1) What happens to the original campaign after I duplicate it?

The original campaign remains unchanged. The duplicate is a new, separate campaign with all the same settings, but with a "copy" suffix added to the name.

2) Can I edit the name of the duplicated campaign?

Yes, after duplicating the campaign, you can edit its name and any other settings just like any other campaign.

3) Are there any restrictions on which campaigns can be duplicated?

No, you can duplicate any campaign regardless of its status (Active, Paused, Queued, etc.).

4) Can I duplicate a campaign multiple times?

You can duplicate a campaign multiple times as needed. Each duplicated campaign will have a 'copy' suffix added to its name. Subsequent duplications will retain this suffix, for example, 'Campaign Name copy'.

5) Will the duplicated campaign retain all the original settings?

No, the duplicated campaign will inherit the selected segments and template settings. However, other scheduling settings will not be carried over.

6) Where can I find the duplicated campaign?

The duplicated campaign will appear in the same location as the original, either in the broadcast overview or details screen, with the "copy" suffix added to its name.

7) Is there a way to see which campaign a duplicate was made from?

Currently, duplicates are identified by the "copy" suffix in their name, but there is no direct link back to the original campaign. You can manually track which duplicates correspond to which originals based on the names
