File Names in Campaign
Updated over 3 months ago

The BIK platform now supports the ability to specify custom file names for PDF files in campaigns. This feature enhances the organization and identification of files, allowing users to set and edit file names during both the template creation and campaign sending processes. Whether you choose to keep the original PDF name or input a custom name, this functionality ensures that your files are easily recognizable and appropriately named.

File Naming Options:

  1. Define the File Name During Template Creation: You can now specify the file name when creating a template.

  2. Modify the File Name During Campaign Sending: You also have the flexibility to adjust the file name when sending the campaign.

How to Add File Names:

Setting the File Name During Template Creation:

  1. Navigate to "My Templates" in the BIK dashboard.

  2. Click "Create New Template" at the top of the dashboard.

  3. Complete the required details, such as template name, language, and other relevant information, then click "Save and Continue."

  4. Select the document. Here, you can specify the desired PDF name. If left blank, the original PDF name will be displayed after uploading or adding the PDF URL.

  5. Finalize other details and click "Save and Submit."

  6. The same file name will appear in the campaign messages after the campaign is sent.

Editing the File Name During Campaign Sending:
