DND in Campaigns:

The DND feature offer greater flexibility and control over your broadcast campaigns. By using DND, you can ensure that your messages are sent at the most appropriate times, while also maintaining the ability to manage ongoing broadcasts with ease.

1. How the Do Not Disturb (DND) Feature Works

1.1 Activating DND

  • What It Does: When you activate DND, all active broadcasts are automatically shifted to a PAUSED status during the DND time.

  • Why PAUSED?: This ensures that no messages are sent during the DND period, preventing them from being delivered at an unsuitable time.

1.2 Resuming After DND

  • Automatic Resumption: Once the DND period concludes, any broadcasts that were paused will automatically resume from where they left off.

  • No Manual Restart Needed: There’s no need to manually restart your broadcasts—they will continue as scheduled once DND is lifted.

2. QUEUED Status

2.1 What is QUEUED?

  • Definition: If a campaign is currently IN PROGRESS or PAUSED, any new broadcasts on the same channel will enter a QUEUED status.

  • Functionality: Broadcasts in QUEUED status won’t be sent immediately; instead, they will wait in line until the ongoing campaign finishes or the pause ends.

2.2 Managing QUEUED Broadcasts

  • Automatic Handling: Once the previous broadcast is complete or the DND period ends, broadcasts in the QUEUED status will automatically start.

3. Managing DND and QUEUED Status

3.1 Control DND Easily

  • Where to Find It: You can enable, disable, or edit DND settings directly from the settings.

  • Streamlined Management: The DND feature is designed to be simple to manage without navigating through multiple menus.

3.2 Broadcast Cancellation

  • Unchanged Process: You can cancel broadcasts that are in QUEUED, PAUSED, or IN PROGRESS status.
