This show all the revenue, orders and engagement related analytics
Channel Quality
This tab shows unsubscribed count for all channels underperforming campaigns, bounce rates and how to improve them.
Conversions
Overview
This section provides an overview of all campaigns within the selected date range, offering key metrics to track performance:
Total Campaigns: The number of campaigns run during the selected period.
Revenue Generated: Total revenue earned from the campaigns.
Orders Placed: The number of orders placed through the campaigns.
Total Cost: The total cost incurred for running the campaigns.
Product Views: The number of times products were viewed during the campaigns.
Add to Carts: The number of products added to carts during the campaigns.
Return of Investment
This section shows ROI for campaigns both for all channels including and also for individual campaigns.
Channel wise split
This section shows graphical representation for channel wise split for Revenue and Orders.
Campaigns in terms of revenue
This is a table with top campaigns in terms of revenue, this table will list the top campaigns with most revenue and ROI.

Engagement
This section has the data on customer interactions with the campaigns.
Campaign activity over 24 hours
This section shows graphical representation of campaign status events like opened, link clicked, products viewed, add to cart and Ordered.
It also shows the revenue made in 24 hours through campaigns.
Channel Quality
Overview
This section shows the unsubscribed count of the WhatsApp and email with total count, Emails marked as spam if any and email bounced in the selected time range.
Bounce Rate vs Benchmark
This shows the graph of bounce rate of the campaigns vs the benchmark rate.
Trend of Unsubscribed and Marked as Spam
This shows the graph of both unsubscribed and marked as spam of the email campaigns.
Top Underperforming Campaigns
This shows the top campaigns that are underperforming based on the read rate, delivery rate and unsubscribed rate.
you can also filter the table with channels.
Clicking on the CTA takes you to the broadcast details screen.
Best Practices
We also show email best practices CTA when the unsubscribe rate or Bounce rate is greater than 2%.

Revenue generated in 24 hours: Displays revenue trends within a day of campaign execution.

The Channel Quality tab provides:
Unsubscribe Counts: Total unsubscribes for WhatsApp and email.
Spam Reports: Emails marked as spam.
Bounce Rate: Email bounce rates compared to benchmarks.
Top Underperforming Campaigns: Campaigns with low performance metrics like delivery rate, read rate, and unsubscribe rate.
