The BIK dashboard now allows users to view reports inline, enhancing accessibility and efficiency. Currently, this feature is available exclusively for Helpdesk reports.
If a report does not load within 30 seconds, users will be given the option to download it.
How to View Reports:
Follow these steps to access and view reports:
Navigate to the Reports section in the BIK dashboard.
Select the Helpdesk Reports category.
Click on the View Report button next to the desired report.
Choose a date range and select a channel (WhatsApp or Instagram).
Click on View within the View Report modal.
The report will open in a new tab with the applied filters, displaying relevant data.
If needed, download the report by clicking the Download Report button.
If the selected date range contains a large volume of data, report previews may be restricted. However, the full report remains available for download.

1. What happens if my report does not load within 30 seconds?
If a report takes longer than 30 seconds to load, you will be prompted with an option to download it instead.
2. Can I view reports for channels other than WhatsApp or Instagram?
Currently, this feature supports only WhatsApp and Instagram channels.

If your selected date range includes a high volume of data, the report preview may be restricted due to system limitations. However, you can still download the complete report.
