The email must clearly state the reason for discontinuation. In the absence of a formal discontinuation email, the billing team will continue to raise invoices, and these will remain payable.
Please note:
A minimum notice period of 30 days is mandatory for service discontinuation.
A mandatory online meeting with the BIK/Manifest AI team, involving your decision-maker, is required to initiate the opt-out process and ensure a smooth transition.
Discontinuation will be processed only after all the above conditions are met.
