No more worries about managing multiple brands on BIK. With just their single email, Agents’, ‘Team Managers’ and Admins’ can effortlessly log into multiple BIK dashboards and handle all campaign, Journeys, and Helpdesk needs for their respective brands.

Plus, you can seamlessly switch between your BIK stores within a session. Managing multiple brands has never been easier or more convenient!


How can I enable this for my BIK stores?

  • Simply assign the appropriate role, either Agent, Team Manager or Admin, based on the requirement of the desired stores.

  • From the next login onwards, you will be able to see both stores when logging in.

  • Additionally, while logged into any store, you can easily switch stores from the profile section.
