Manage Multiple Pages or Accounts while Instagram (IG) Onboarding:
We've made important changes to the Instagram (IG) onboarding flow to better support merchants who manage multiple pages or accounts under the same Facebook account. This update allows you to onboard different pages or accounts to different BIK stores.
What's New?
Multiple Pages/Accounts Selection: When onboarding, merchants now need to select all the pages/accounts they manage in the Facebook popup.
Page/Account Selection for BIK Stores: After selecting the pages/accounts, a new popup will appear within BIK. Here, you can choose which specific pages/accounts you want to link to the current BIK store.
Old Use Case Support: For merchants who wish to continue linking all pages/accounts to a single BIK store, simply select all pages/accounts during this process.
How It Works:
FB Popup Selection: When you start the IG onboarding process, you’ll see a Facebook popup. Make sure to select all the pages/accounts you want to manage.
BIK Store Linking: After the Facebook selection, a new popup in BIK will allow you to choose which of the selected pages/accounts you want to link to the current BIK store.
Flexible Management: This flow enables you to manage different pages/accounts across different BIK stores, or to keep all pages/accounts linked to a single store if needed.

1) Why do I need to select all pages/accounts in the Facebook popup?
Selecting all pages/accounts in the Facebook popup ensures that you can choose from any of them when linking to your BIK store. This gives you the flexibility to manage multiple BIK stores with different pages/accounts.
2) What happens if I don’t select all pages/accounts in the Facebook popup?
If you don’t select all pages/accounts, they won’t appear in the subsequent BIK popup, limiting your options for linking to the current store. This could prevent you from setting up the desired configuration.
3) Can I link multiple pages/accounts to a single BIK store?
Yes, you can still link multiple pages/accounts to a single BIK store. Simply select all the pages/accounts you want during the Facebook popup and then link them in the BIK popup.
4) How do I handle different BIK stores with different pages/accounts?
During the IG onboarding process, after selecting all pages/accounts in the Facebook popup, use the BIK popup to choose specific pages/accounts to link to each BIK store individually.
4) What if I have already set up my stores before this update?
For existing setups, you can continue to manage them as before. If you need to make changes, you can follow the new flow to link or unlink pages/accounts as necessary.
