FAQs

Yes, you can connect multiple Instagram pages on BIK, but the flows would be page agnostic in BIK, i.e a ‘Welcome Flow’ in BIK can’t be instrumented at a page level

Will my customer’s comments on Instagram pages come in BIK?

Post 10-15 mins of your Instagram page connection, all comments would start reflecting in BIK’s Helpdesk tab

I have two pages on IG under 1 business account - will that work ?

I want to run a specific automations/assignment on collaboration posts

There are two scenarios:
1. Where brand is tagged in collab posts 2. Where brand is not tagged in collab posts

  1. Collab posts where brand is tagged, flows into Bik & generic automations can be setup without specificity

  2. Meta has a limitation where it doesn’t send required identifier of it being a collaboration post, so we can run generic automations but not specific to a collaboration post similar to PP
