Step 2: Select ‘New Whatsapp number’.
If you don’t have a fresh number or if you want to migrate, please contact your GSM/Schedule a call with our Onboarding expert
Step 3: Check your FB account and provide the required permissions
Press ‘Continue as FB account selected’
If you are not logged in on Facebook, you’ll be asked to login here
Please ensure that for the account through which you want to create the WABA(WhatsApp Business Account), you are the admin of the Business in Facebook Business Manager
Click on ‘Get Started’
Press on ‘Continue’
Step 4: Choose the relevant Meta business account
If your business is verified, then your business name and other relevant details will get auto-populated
If your business is not verified, you will have to verify your business here
Step 5: Create or select your WhatsApp Business account
Since this is a new onboarding(i.e not a migration), choose ‘Create a WhatsApp Business account’ and choose ‘Create a new WhatsApp Business profile’ in the dropdown below
Press ‘Next’ after this
Step 6: Choose relevant WhatsApp business account name and WhatsApp Business profile display name.
Given WhatsApp Business profile display name is the name that would be shown to your customer, please add the name that is most relevant to your customers
If the WhatsApp Business profile display name is different from your Meta Business Account name, then the name will need to be approved by Meta
Step 7: Phone number verification
a. Input the relevant Phone Number through which you want to send the WA messages
Keep the number handy as you will be required to verify the number in the next step
If ‘Text message’ is not working, then use ‘Phone call’ option
Note - If you get an error in this step, it is usually due to number that was added here is already used for some WhatsApp service like personal/Business WhatsApp account. Please delete that number by logging into settings of that number. Wait for 3 minutes and add the number here again. It should work fine now
b. Add the verification code and click on ‘Next’
c. You will see a success screen now. Click on ‘Finish’
Step 8: Refresh dashboard.bik.ai
Head back to dashboard.bik.ai and do a refresh. You will see that the WhatsApp has been integrated
Note - Trigger a UIC/BIC message to/from the number registered in the above step to get its messaging limit updated to 1000. UIC gets triggered when someone sends a message to the registered number and the brand replies back. BIC gets triggered for broadcasts/templated messages via CRM

What is messaging limit? How do I increase it?
What is messaging limit? How do I increase it?
Messaging limits determine the maximum number of business-initiated conversations you can initiate using your WhatsApp number in a rolling 24-hour period. A business-initiated conversation begins when the first (META-approved) template message is delivered to a customer and ends 24 hours later.
Business phone numbers without a connected status and an approved display name are limited to 250 business-initiated conversations in a rolling 24-hour period.
Business phone numbers with a connected status and approved display name can initiate conversations with the following number of unique customers in a rolling 24-hour period:
1K unique customer
10K unique customers
100K unique customers
An unlimited number of unique customers
Each time you initiate a new conversation with a unique customer Meta will determine if your limit should be increased. This determination is based on the following criteria:
your phone number status is Connected
your phone number quality rating is Medium or High
in the last 7 days you have initiated X or more conversations with unique customers, where X is your current messaging limit divided by 2
If you meet all conditions, Meta will increase your messaging limit by one level in 24 hours.
