Notifications in a help desk system are alerts or messages that inform users and agents about important events or updates related to customer support tickets.

You will receive a notification in the "Chat Assigned" section whenever a ticket is assigned to an agent or when a customer is looking for an agent to respond.

Viewing Notifications:

You can view notifications by following these steps:

1. Access the "Help desk" section in the BIK dashboard.

2. Click on the "Notification" icon to view all notifications.

3. You can view all agent assigned notification under the "Chat assigned" section.

5. Click on the specific notification to view the assigned chat.
4. You will also receive notifications on your mobile device if you have the BIK app installed.


Managing Notification:

You can manage notifications by enabling or disabling them in the help desk notification settings: Help Desk β†’ Notifications β†’ Enable / Disable

Yes, you can temporarily disable notifications by using the enable/disable icon in the help desk notification.

No, currently you can only customise the text for the chat assigned notification.

Yes, you will receive the notification on your device even if you are away from our BIK app.

Yes, a sound will play when you receive any notification.
