Updated over a week ago

Filter Block:

Filter blocks in BIK Journey allows you to trigger specific actions based on conditions that match certain criteria.

These conditions are typically based on user properties such as total order value, RFM segment, total order count, location (state, city, country), marketing consent, and more.

Steps to add and configure filter blocks in BIK Journeys.

1. Open the Flow:

  • Access the BIK Journeys platform and open the flow where you want to add the filter block.

2. Locate Filter Block:

  • In the Flow Control tab, locate the Filter block and select it to add it to your flow.

3. Set User Property:

  • After adding the filter block, click on it to set the user property. Define the condition(s) that you want to apply to your users.

  • You can add multiple conditions within a single filter block, joined by AND/OR operators.

You can only join multiple properties using either AND or OR. You cannot use both AND and OR in the same block.

  • You can also delete the added user property or clear all filters in a single click.

4. Save Filters:

  • Once you've set the desired conditions, click on create to save the filters. This action will create two nodes for the filter block to connect.

5. Connect Nodes:

  • Connect the nodes accordingly: one for when the condition is met and another for when the condition is not matched.

  • This configuration allows you to specify actions for both scenarios.

Using filter blocks in Journeys, enables you to tailor your flow to trigger specific actions based on user conditions.

By adding and configuring filter blocks, you can create personalised experiences for your customers, increasing engagement and conversion rates.
