Condition Block in Journeys

Condition blocks in Journeys operate on an if-else principle, allowing you to split the flow based on specific conditions.

This can be particularly useful for various scenarios such as setting up flows based on the order value, count and marketing consent.

Typical Use Cases

  • Product/Collection ID Checks: Set up specific cross-sell, up-sell, or resell offers for your hero product.

  • Order/Customer Tag Splits: Customize the flow based on certain order or customer tags.

Steps to Add Condition Blocks

1. Open the Flow: Navigate to the flow where you want to add a condition block.

2. Select the Condition Block: In the Flow Control tab, select the Condition block

3. Add the Condition: Click on the block to add the desired condition.

5. Connect the Message Blocks: After adding the condition, two nodes will appear for you to connect the message blocks:

  • If Case: This node triggers if the condition is met.

  • Else Case: This node triggers if the condition is not met.
