Updated Message Size Limits
Email Messages:
The size limit has been reduced from 64KB to 10KB. This change accommodates most non-spam emails, ensuring they fall well within the limit.You can still view the original email in your account.
Other Messages:
Messages exceeding 2KB (approximately 2000 characters) will now be truncated. This limit is designed to fit 99% of use cases effectively.This limit is only applicable to the messages sent by agents which include template or any flow messages.
Broadcast and Journey Messages
For Broadcast and Journey messages that exceed the size limits and are truncated:
A notification will be displayed on the Helpdesk, along with a redirection link to the original template or journey.
The notification will read:
"User message is truncated due to exceeding the message length limit for database storage. Please click here to see the associated template/journey."
This ensures users can always access the full content when needed while maintaining efficient database operations.
