Composing long messages in the Helpdesk just got easier! With the new Expand Input Box feature, you can increase the writing space, making it more convenient to draft detailed customer responses.

How to Use the Expand Input Box Feature:

  1. Navigate to BIK dashboard

  2. Open a conversation in the Helpdesk.

  3. Click on the Expand icon(Full screen) in the input field.

  4. Compose your message in the enlarged space.

  5. Click 'Exit full screen' icon or send your message to return to the default view.
