Updated over a month ago

BIK's Template Analytics and Comparison feature empowers you to make data-driven decisions by giving you deep insights into your template performance.

What You Can Track

With Template Analytics, you can view key performance metrics for each template:

  • Send statistics: Number of times the template was Sent, Delivered, Read

  • Click performance: Number and percentage of clicks on Call-to-Action (CTA) and Quick Reply Buttons (QRB)

  • Carousel performance: Click rate per product for carousel templates

Template Comparison

Easily compare two templates side-by-side to evaluate:

  • Block rates

  • Send statistics

  • Top block reasons

Template comparison is available only if both templates have been sent 1,000+ times in the last 30 days.

Quality Indicators

While selecting a template for your campaign:

  • You'll see the template quality label (High, Medium, Low)

All statistics are based on performance from the last 30 days.

FAQs

1) Why can’t I see analytics for some templates?
Templates marked as having UNKNOWN quality don’t have enough data, so analytics aren’t available for them.

2) What does “template quality” mean?
Template quality is based on delivery and user interaction metrics. A Low or Medium rating indicates potential issues and shows a warning when used in campaigns.

3) Can I compare more than two templates at once?
No. Currently, you can compare only two templates at a time, provided both have been sent at least 1,000 times in the last 30 days.

4) How often is the analytics data refreshed?
A: All data is based on the past 30 days and updates automatically.

5) What’s included in “send statistics”?
Send statistics include the number of times the template was Sent, Delivered, and Read.
