Intelligent Segments
Overview
Intelligent Segments helps you identify customer groups that present the highest revenue opportunities. Instead of manually analyzing customer behavior, the platform automatically highlights segments that may require attention, estimates their potential business impact, and recommends the best campaign strategy for each.
The segments are refreshed regularly to reflect the latest customer behavior, helping you prioritize your marketing efforts.
How It Works
Intelligent Segments analyzes your customer data and:
Identifies customer segments where revenue can potentially be gained or lost.
Estimates the potential revenue impact associated with each segment.
Prioritizes segments based on their estimated impact, so you can focus on the highest-value opportunities first.
Recommends a campaign strategy for every segment.
Generates AI-powered campaign templates to help you engage the segment quickly.
Refreshes segment data every week to ensure recommendations remain up to date.
Segment Types
Intelligent Customer Segments
These segments are built using RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) analysis to identify customers based on their purchasing behavior.
Examples include customer groups that may be at risk of churning, highly valuable repeat customers, or customers with strong upsell potential.
Lead Segments
In addition to customer segments, Intelligent Segments also classifies leads based on their engagement level.
Available lead segments include:
Hot Leads – Highly engaged prospects who are most likely to convert.
Warm Leads – Moderately engaged prospects who may need additional nurturing.
Cold Leads – Low-engagement prospects that may require re-engagement campaigns.
Lead segments are determined using engagement signals such as:
Add-to-cart activity
Link clicks
Replies
Other engagement interactions
Segment Library
The Segment Library provides a collection of ready-to-use customer and lead segments, allowing you to quickly target common audiences without creating segments manually.
Revenue Impact
Each Intelligent Segment displays an estimated revenue impact to help you understand where your marketing efforts may have the greatest effect.
The estimated impact is intended to help prioritize opportunities and should be used as guidance when planning campaigns.
Data Refresh
Intelligent Segments are automatically refreshed once every week to reflect changes in customer behavior and engagement.
Notes
Revenue impact values are directional estimates and should not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes.
Stores with limited customer or engagement data may initially receive fewer recommendations or less accurate estimates.
Segment recommendations improve as more customer interactions and purchase history become available.

Segments are automatically refreshed every week so recommendations stay aligned with your latest customer data.
5. What are Lead Segments?
