How do I edit my credentials?
Click on view app
Click on the 3 dot menu
Select the credentials you want to edit and enter the new ones
Verify with the OTP sent to the admin email
Done!
Note - Ensure credentials are accurate so that your flows do not break
How can I disconnect an app?

Click on disconnect

Can an app get disconnected automatically? How can I be informed?
An app may get disconnected in case you generate new credentials or current credentials expire due to inactivity, scheduled refresh, maintenance, etc
BIK will send an alert email on such an activity to all admins added to an account

Developer APIs
Our APIs are divided into three sets.
Message APIs : used to send templated WhatsApp messages to customers. For example: use it to send shipping updates with your shipping partner!
Event APIs : used to ingest events to the bik system. These events can be later used to send campaigns based on cohorts or trigger flows. For example: for a non-shopify store, send ordered events and retarget your customers using BIK Campaigns!
Flows APIs : used to trigger flows (abandoned cart, order confirmation, etc) for a customer. Check out how to send abandoned cart flows here.
