Please find the following steps to opt-out or unsubscribe a customer from receiving store updates.
1. Go to the sidebar.
2. Locate and hover your pointer over the "Customers" option.
3. Click on the "All Customers" option that appears.

4. In the "All Customers" section, you'll see a search option.
5. Search for the customer you need.
6. On the right side of the contact details, you'll find a toggle button.
7. Click on the toggle button to view additional details.
8. Within the details, you'll find options to enable or disable various channels.
