Customer Tags
Customer Tags allow you to categorise customers based on various criteria, such as demographics, purchase history, or engagement level. This makes it easier to find specific groups of customers and tailor your marketing, communication, and product offerings accordingly.
Create Customer Tags:
Steps to create customer tags:
Navigate to settings.
Look for Customers tags tab and click.
Click Add tag button.
Enter the tag name you want to create and click add tag.
Edit or Archive Customer Tags:
Navigate to settings.
Look for Customers tags tab and click.
Click on the contextual dots to Archive or Edit.
Unarchive Tags:
Click on Archived Tags Tab.
Look for the tag you want to unarchive, click on three dots and click unarchive.

These tags can also flag customers who require special attention or have specific needs. This helps your customer service team provide personalised and efficient support, leading to higher customer satisfaction.

Shopify and BIK tags are synced, tags added in BIK will be added in Shopify store.

1) How many tags should I use per customer?
There's no one-size-fits-all answer. It depends on the complexity of your customer base and your specific needs.
2) What happens if I Archive a customer tag?
The Archived tag cannot be added to new customers and you cannot create new segments with those tags.
3) How can I use customer tags in automations?
You can use filter block and create a filter with customer tags in automations to set the flows.
4) How can I target specific customers in campaigns using customer tags?
Create segments using customer tags and target specific customers.
5) What happens if add tag for a customer directly in shopify?
If you add customer tag directly in shopify we get data from there and display in our dashboard.
6) Can I see customer tags in shopify if I add it from BIK?
Yes, tags added from BIK are also added in shopify.
