Contact Management system (CMS)

BIK CMS has following capabilities:

  • Individual customer creation

  • Bulk customer creation

    • Via excel upload

  • Custom contact fields(BETA)

  • Analytics

You can add customers from our “All Customers” of left navigation panel under segments

All the necessary contact fields information added can be used in real time during conversation with customer to enrich the customer data and have a successful conversation with customer from ”Helpdesk” window

1) What all means I can upload my customer data to Bik?

Customer data can be uploaded to Bik only via excel upload today, pls use the sample format shared while uploading to ensure successful upload

2) Can I add any new custom contact fields?

Yes, new custom fields cannot be configured for your business from dashboard but can be added from your end yet. Please reach out to [email protected] to request for custom fields configuration

4) Can I generate reports & analytics using CMS

No, we cannot generate reports & analytics for CMS data as of today. We are working towards enabling intelligence on customer cohorts.

5) Can I import contacts from other sources, such as a spreadsheet or another contact management system?

Yes, these can be added to BIK CMS via import on our customers window(https://dashboard.bik.ai/customers) via excel upload

6) Can I categorize my contacts and add custom tags to them?

No, we cannot categorise contacts today but can add custom tags to them. For custom tags/fields please reach out on [email protected]

7) Can I export my contacts to a file or another system?

No, we cannot export to file or another system today.

8) Is there a limit to the number of contacts I can store in the system?

No, there’s no limit to contacts which can be stored in our system today

9) How can I back up my contacts and ensure they are secure?

We are GDPR compliant and data security is one of our core principles & we take all necessary steps to ensure data is secure.


Analytics

Mobile App

Bik mobile app is an android app listed on playstore, you can download via playstore searching for “Bik” or via link below. Bik Mobile app is CRM only app, wherein you can have real time interactions with your customers via a mobile at any point of day. It doesn’t cater to our other suite of products/features which are desktop only.

1) How do I create an account?

Account needs to be created from web dashboard from staff management

2) How do I log in to my account?

Login credentials will be similar to web dashboard login which is mail id and otp

3) Can I access my data from multiple devices?

Yes, you can have multiple logins across devices

4) Can I set reminders for follow-ups across different channels?

No, this is not a mobile feasible feature but same can be set up on web dashboard via snooze feature
