1) Shortcuts work the same way on different operating systems?
There are few differences accessing the shortcuts like Command for Mac and CTRL for Windows, while the actions are same in both OS.
2) Are these shortcuts only for Helpdesk?
Currently we only have shortcuts for Helpdesk.
3) Will these shortcuts affect my browser shortcuts?
We made sure that the shortcuts included are not overlapping with inbuilt browser shortcuts.
