Integration steps to trigger journeys with pop coins events like debit, credit, refund, login, sign-up etc

Journeys creation on BIK Dashboard

  1. Login to your BIK Dashboard by navigating to this link

  2. From the side menu, hover over Journeys and click on Pre-built Journeys from the mini menu, or you can directly open this link once logged in to the dashboard

  3. From the Pre-built Journeys page search for "Pop Coins" in the search bar
    ​

4. We have two pre made flows

  1. For events like refund, cancelled, purchased

  2. For events like login and sign up

5. Click on the plus icon of the respective flow you want to add to your store

Once added from the library, they'll be available to be used from the journey dashboard

Integration on Pop Coins Dashboard requires few information from the BIK Dashboard

  1. App ID, Key and Secret can be found by following the below steps

    1. Navigation to Bik Dashboard -> Settings Page

    2. Click on Developer Tools from the new side menu as shown in the image below

2. Finding the Flow ID
a. Navigate to Journeys Dashboard and search for the flow you are looking for

b. Click on the Pencil icon (which on hover reads edit)
c. You'll be navigated to a new tab in your browser

d. From this new URL copy the text just before /whatsapp as show in the image below
