Pre-Built Journeys in BIK

BIK provides a selection of pre-built journeys in the dashboard to help you get started quickly. Here's how you can access and add these journeys to your dashboard:

Accessing Pre-Built Journeys

You can navigate to pre-built journeys by clicking on the given link.

You can also access pre-built journeys in the following two ways:

  • From the Sidebar: Hover over the "Journeys" tab in the sidebar, and you will see "Pre-built Journeys" as a subcategory. Click on it to view the pre-built journeys.

  • From "Create New Flow": On the "Journeys" page, click the "Create New Flow" button. This will take you to the pre-built journeys page.


Adding Pre-Built Journeys to the Dashboard

To add a pre-built journey to your dashboard:

1. Find the journey you want to add and click the "+" icon on the journey card.

2. A modal window with the journey details will appear. Click the "Add Journey" button to add the journey to your drafts.

3. After adding the journey, you can choose the account for which you want to add the journey based on the journey channel and click on apply.

4. Click the "Edit" button to make any necessary changes.

While editing the pre-built Journey, you will have sticky notes at important blocks for better understanding. Once you are ready, activate the flow.


Using Filters on Pre-Built Journeys

You can filter the pre-built journeys based on various criteria:

  • Channel: Filter by communication channels (e.g., email, SMS) by clicking on the channel tabs at the top of the page.

  • Flow Type: Filter by journey types such as Checkout, Engagement, etc., by clicking on the corresponding chips.

  • Added/Not Added: Filter journeys based on whether they are already added to your dashboard or not.

These filters help you quickly find and add the journeys most relevant to your needs. Once added and edited as required, your pre-built journeys are ready for activation.

1. Can I edit a pre-built journey before activating it?

Yes, after adding a pre-built journey to your drafts, click the "Edit" button to make any necessary changes. Once you're ready, activate the flow to start using it.

2. What should I do if I don't find a pre-built journey that meets my needs?

If you don't find a suitable pre-built journey, you can create a new journey from scratch by clicking the "Create from Scratch " button on the "Pre-built Journeys" page.

3. How do I activate a pre-built journey after editing it?

Once you've made the necessary changes to a pre-built journey in your drafts, save the Journey and activate it.
