Creation of WhatsApp Redirection Popup:

To create a WhatsApp popup, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Popups" section in the BIK dashboard.

  2. Click on the "Create new popup" button.

  3. Select the "WhatsApp Redirection" option.

  4. Provide the popup name, WhatsApp number, and customise visual customisation, button message initial message settings, and popup visibility as per your convenience.

  5. Specify the popup visibility pages according to your requirements.

  6. Preview the WhatsApp redirection popup before publishing.

  7. Click on the "Publish" button to successfully publish the widget to your Shopify website.

  8. To view the created popup, click on the "View widget on store" button in the success message.

  9. Alternatively, you can save the widget as a draft now and publish it later by clicking on 'Save as draft' located near the publish button.

  10. You can view the created WhatsApp redirection popup in the popup overview page under "Redirection popups".


Bottom Drawer Popup:

A bottom drawer popup is a form of popup that emerges from the lower edge of the screen, typically sliding upward. It serves as a convenient popup for directing customers to your various social media platforms.

Centrally Aligned Popup:

A centrally aligned popup is a popup that appears in the centre of the screen, overlaying the content underneath. It serves as a convenient popup for directing customers to your various social media platforms. It's similar to the bottom drawer popup.


Creation of Bottom Drawer & Centrally Aligned Popup:

To create a Bottom Drawer or Centrally Aligned Popup, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Popups" section in the BIK dashboard.

  2. Click on the "Create new popup" button.

  3. Select "Bottom drawer or Centrally aligned popup".

  4. Enter the necessary details of the popup name and customize the visual customization and popup visibility in the "Customization and Visibility" tab.

  5. Click on the “Next” button in the top right corner to navigate to Channel Integration.

  6. Add social media details and customize each social media as per your need in the channel integration page.

  7. Click on the "Publish" button to successfully publish the widget to your Shopify website.

  8. To view the created popup, click on the "View widget on store" button in the success message.

  9. Alternatively, you can save the widget as a draft now and publish it later by clicking on 'Save as draft' located near the publish button.

  10. You can view the created bottom drawer or centrally aligned popup in the popup overview page under "Redirection popups".


Marketing Popup:

A marketing popup is a popup that is used for marketing purposes, such as promoting a sale, collecting email subscriptions, or offering a discount. It is designed to attract the user's attention and encourage them to take a specific action, such as making a purchase.


Creation of Marketing popup:

  1. Navigate to the "Popups" section in the BIK dashboard.

  2. Click on the "Create new popup" button.

  3. Choose "Marketing popup" as the type of popup.

  4. Enter the necessary details, such as the popup name, and customize the visual customization in the popup customization page.

  5. Click on “Next” in the top right corner.

  6. Add triggers and choose the visibility settings for the popup.

  7. Click on the "Publish" button to successfully publish the widget to your Shopify website.

  8. To preview the created popup, click on the "View widget on store" button in the success message.

  9. Alternatively, you can save the widget as a draft now and publish it later by clicking on 'Save as draft' located near the publish button.
