Creation of Direct Reward or Scratch Card Popup:

To create the direct reward or scratch card popup, follow these steps:

  1. Access to “Popups” in BIK dashboard

  2. Click on “Create new popup” in popup tab

  3. Select “Direct reward popup” or "Scratch the card" option in lead generation popups

  4. Add a popup name and widget theme for your direct popup.

  5. Select widget theme for popup and customise the visual customisation and add discount codes in popup customisation page.

  6. Click on “Next” in top corner to navigate “Visibility” page

  7. Customise the delay triggers as per your need choose the visibility pages which you want to show the popup.

  8. Click on “Next” to setup the lead collection

  9. Select mandatory and option fields for lead collection and enable privacy consent policies if you want

  10. You can also preview the popup pages by selecting respective options in preview.

  11. Use the “Next” button to publish the widget in your shopify website successfully.

  12. To preview the created popup, click on the "View widget on store" button in the success message.

  13. You can save the widget as draft by clicking on “Save as draft” and you can publish it later

  14. You can view the created popup in popup overview page under “Lead generation popups”

  2. Click on the "Create new popup" button in the popup tab.

  3. Select the "Spin the wheel popup" option in the lead generation popups category.

  4. Choose the type of wheel and give the popup a name.

  5. Select the widget theme for the spin wheel.

  6. Customise the wheel design and add a discount code for the popup in the popup customisation page.

  7. Click on “Next” in the top corner to navigate to the “Visibility” page.

  8. Customize the delay triggers and select the visibility pages where you want to show the popup.

  9. Click on “Next” to set up the lead collection.

  10. Select mandatory and optional fields for lead collection and enable privacy consent policies if needed.

  11. Use the “Next” button to publish the widget on your Shopify website successfully.

No, the discount code can only be redeemed once per phone number.

2. Can I customise the number of spin wheel popup discount codes?
Yes, you can customise the number of discount code slices in the wheel design. You can add from 4 slices to 10 slices.

3. Can I skip the lead collection without choosing any mandatory fields?
No, lead collection requires at least one mandatory field to be selected. You cannot skip this step without choosing any mandatory fields.
