Popups Overview:
Popups are an effective tool for engaging with website visitors, capturing leads, and driving conversions. Here is an overview of different types of popups supported by BIK and their functionalities. You can view the same by navigating to the popup overview screen.
Platforms supported
The BIK chat Popups are compatible with all Shopify as well as non-Shopify websites.
For non-Shopify stores, it is necessary that a script tag can be injected into the non-Shopify website. This can be generated, while publishing the widget (last step of the process).
Lead generation popups discussed ahead are only compatible with Shopify websites as they require coupons/discounts to function. To enable them on custom integrations, pls reach out to [email protected].
1. Redirection Popup:

a. WhatsApp Redirection:

b. Bottom Drawer:
Appears at the bottom of the screen and slides up when triggered, ideal for displaying announcements, promotions, or contact options while maintaining a sleek design.
c. Centrally Aligned Popup:
Positioned at the center of the screen, grabs visitors' attention with its prominent placement, commonly used for important announcements, newsletter subscriptions, or limited-time offers.
d. Marketing Popup:
Versatile popup customisable for various purposes like promoting discounts, showcasing new products, or inviting users to subscribe to newsletters.
2. Shopify Popups:
Designed specifically for Shopify websites, seamlessly integrates with the platform, enabling businesses to create targeted promotions, collect leads, or announce special events.
a. Price Drop Notifier:
Allows visitors to subscribe to notifications for price drops on specific products, re-engages potential customers interested in particular items.
b. Back in Stock Notifier:
Visitors can opt-in to receive notifications when out-of-stock products are back in inventory, notifies interested customers and potentially recovers lost sales.
3. Lead Generation Popups:
Strategically designed to capture leads by offering incentives like discounts, freebies, or gated content in exchange for contact information.
a. Direct Reward Popup:
Provides users with rewards or incentives upon interaction, encouraging immediate action and enhancing user experience.
b. Spin the Wheel Popup:

4. Growth Tools:

a. URL Generator:
Generates customised URLs for tracking campaign performance, directing traffic to specific landing pages, or creating personalised marketing campaigns.
b. QR Code Generator:
Creates unique QR codes directing users to webpages, promotions, or contact information, valuable for offline marketing strategies and seamless user experiences.
Available Popup Options:
Edit Popup
You can easily modify the popup content or customise the popup using the edit button.
Delete Popup
Using this option, you can delete the existing popup which is no more required.
Download CSV
Download CSV allows you to download the popup reports for the specified duration. It gives detail insight of the popup being used.
Show Popup
This option makes the selected popup live in the store. You can also check the Live status in the popup card.
Hide Popup
This option hides the live popup from the store and the status gets changed to Stopped.
