Popup Analytics:

The Popup Analytics section consists of three main parts: Overview, Category Wise Funnel, and Popup Wise Funnel. These components provide various metrics and allow filtering and analysis to understand how your popups are performing.

You can view Popup analytics in the BIK dashboard from the analytics page.

Overview

In the Overview section, you can find the following metrics:

  • Total Popup Leads: The total number of leads generated from popups.

  • Total Popup Orders: The total number of orders placed through popups.

  • Total Popup Revenue: The total revenue generated from popup-related orders.

Order attribution in Popups:

Order is attributed to popup whenever a coupon code is used while placing an order.


Category Wise Funnel:

The Category Wise Funnel provides a breakdown of the customer journey for specific categories of popups. It includes the following data points:

  • Website Visits: The number of visitors to your website.

  • Widget Clicks: The number of times the popup widget is clicked.

  • Rewards Given Events: The number of times rewards are given through popups.

  • New Customers: The number of new customers acquired through popups.

  • Conversions: The total number of conversions from popup interactions.

You can filter these metrics by selecting different popup types from a drop-down menu.


Popup Wise Funnel:

The Popup Wise Funnel allows you to analyse specific popups individually. It provides day on day or week on week data depending on your preference. Here are the key metrics:

  • Reward Given: The number of times rewards were given through the selected popup.

  • Website Visits: The number of visitors to your website related to the selected popup.

  • Widget Clicks: The number of times the selected popup widget was clicked.

  • New Customers: The number of new customers acquired through the selected popup.

  • Conversions: The total number of conversions from interactions with the selected popup.

You can choose a specific popup from a drop-down menu to view detailed metrics and select a daily or weekly time frame to analyse the data over time.

1. Is there any limit in selecting a custom date range?

Yes, you can only select 6 months in custom date range

2. How can I export data from the dashboard?

You can use the reports section of the BIK dashboard to generate reports.

3. What happens if a customer clicks on a campaign link and uses a coupon code from popup while placing an order?

It will get attributed to popups as the customer used coupon code irrespective of the click from campaign or automation.
