Popup Customisation
In BIK dashboard we provide various options to customise your popups. There are multiple screens available to customise the popup.
To customise the popup click on create new popup button in Popups page
These are the various screens where you can customise the popup.
1. FAB Design
The Floating Action Button (FAB) design allows you to customise the FAB icon that appears in the store and opens the popup when clicked. This feature is available for most popups except Shopify and Marketing popups.
Customisation Options
Icon Selection: Choose from a range of icons or upload your own image. The uploaded image becomes a button by clicking the "image" button beside the icon.
Colour Adjustments: Modify the background colour and icon colour.
Button Position and Size: Change the position and size for better visibility.
2. Screen Design
The Screen Design settings allow you to customize the background and title text for the popup.
Customisation Options
Background: Upload a background image or change the background colour.
Title Text: Set the title text displayed when the popup opens.
3. Play Screen
The Play Screen is displayed when customers click the FAB icon to open the popup. It is applicable only to Lead Generation popups and Shopify popups.
Customisation Options
Popup Banners: Add banners for both mobile and desktop separately.
Card Title and Subtitle: Set the card title and subtitle.
Button Customisation: Adjust the button text and colour.
4. Post Play Screen
The Post Play Screen appears after customers enter lead details and while displaying coupon codes. This is applicable to Lead Generation popups and Shopify popups.
Customisation Options
Popup Banners: Add banners for both Desktop and Mobile.
Coupon Card Customisation: Adjust the card colour and border colour.
Button Functionality: Configure the button to copy a code or redirect to a specific link when clicked.
5. Winning Screen
The Winning Screen is the final step after interacting with Scratch the Card and Spin the Wheel popups, displaying the coupon code.
Customisation Options
Congratulatory Image: Add an image at the top to congratulate customers.
Headline and Sub-line: Add a headline and sub-line with a warm message.
Coupon Card Customisation: Adjust the text colour and background.
Button Customisation: Configure the button to copy the coupon or redirect to a URL.
6. Marketing Popup
Marketing Popups are designed with a banner image that serves as the primary attraction.
Customisation Options
Banner Image: Add a banner image.
Popup Positioning: Choose the position of the popup for both Desktop and Mobile.
Button Customisation: Configure the button to act as a code copy button or a URL redirection button.
Optional Button: Add a second customisable button with font, text, and colour options. If not added, the banner acts as the button.
7. Wheel Design:
Customise the Spin the Wheel popup for an engaging user experience. You can adjust the wheel type, the number of slices, and the colours for each part of the wheel.
Customisation Options
Wheel Type: Choose between a half wheel or a full wheel.
Number of Slices: Select the total number of slices in the wheel.
Slice Customisation: Modify the colour of each slice and the text colour.
Spinner Customisation: Change the spinner's colour.
