WhatsApp Template Blocks:

BIK's Journey Builder allows you to send WhatsApp templates through automations to engage with your audience.

Here's how you can use the template block to create and customise WhatsApp templates within the builder.

Adding a WhatsApp Template Block:

Open the Journey Builder: Navigate to the builder where you can create or edit journeys.

Add a Template Block: Click on the WhatsApp icon located on the right side of the builder, then select the "Template" block.

Select Your Template: A list of your active WhatsApp templates will be displayed. Choose the template you want to add to the journey.

Map the Variables: After selecting your template, a modal will open to map the template's variables. These variables allow you to customise the template with dynamic content.

Quick Response Buttons (QRB): You can use these buttons to let customers interact with the message.

Using Discount Codes in CTA Buttons:

BIK allows you to add a discount code to the Cart URL variable in a Call-to-Action (CTA) button within a template.

This feature is useful when you want to direct users to a checkout page with a pre-filled coupon code upon button click.
