In BIK dashboard you can segregate Journeys into multiple categories. These categories include :
Lead Generation - Lead Generation refers to the process of attracting potential customers or "leads" who might be interested in your product or service.
Engagement - Engagement is the process of interacting with leads or customers to build relationships and increase their interest in your product or service.
Checkout - Checkout refers to the process by which a customer finalises a purchase.
Revenue - Revenue is the total amount of money a business earns from sales of its products or services.
Transactional - Transactional refers to specific interactions that involve a financial exchange or business transaction like payment status, order status etc.
Steps to change journey category in BIK dashboard:
1. Visit Journey tab in BIK dashboard.
2. Search for the flow you want to change the category.
3. Click on the options of the flow.
4. Select move to different category button.
5. Select the category you want to move the flow.
6. Click on save to confirm change category.
You can see the flow in the selected category.

1) Can I change category of the active Flows?
Yes, you can change the category of the active flows also.
2) Will this change in category effect in working of the flow?
No, change in category is just for filtering the flows and this will not effect the flow in any way.
