MPM Block:

To integrate products seamlessly into your customer conversations, you can use Multiple Product Blocks (MPM) within BIK .

As the name suggests you can include multiple products in a single block.


Step-by-step guide to add MPM block:

1. Accessing the Flow:

  • Open the desired flow where you want to incorporate the Multiple Product Block.

2. Locating the MPM Block:

  • Navigate to the WhatsApp tab within the Product and Cart section.

  • Look for the Multiple Product Block option and select it to add it to your flow.

3. Adding Products:

  • Once added, click on the block to configure the product.

  • There are two methods to add products:

    • Direct Addition

    • Add product variables

i. Direct Addition:

  • Manually add the products from product picker.

  • Click on "Add Product," which opens a modal where you can select the products from a collection or search for it.

ii. Adding Products with Variables:

  • You can incorporate variables and pass them to the MPM block to generate the product block dynamically.


6. Customising Message:

  • You can customise the header, body and footer of the message associated with the product block.

7. Limitation:

You can only select 30 products at a time per block.

The primary limitation is that each block can only contain information about 30 products

2. Can I view all products WhatsApp itself?

Yes, you can use the "View" button within the Multiple Product Block to open the products list directly in WhatsApp for a quick preview.

3. Can I customize the message associated with the Multiple Product Block?

Yes, you can customize both the header, body and footer of the message to provide additional information or context about the product.
