SPM Block:

To integrate products seamlessly into your customer conversations, you can use Single Product Blocks (SPM) within BIK .

Step-by-step guide to add SPM block:

1. Accessing the Flow:

  • Open the desired flow where you want to incorporate the Single Product Block.

2. Locating the SPM Block:

  • Navigate to the WhatsApp tab and locate the Product and Cart section.

  • Look for the Single Product Block and select it to add it to your flow.

3. Adding Products:

  • Once added, click on the block to configure the product and click on save post that.

  • There are Three methods to add products:

    i. Direct Addition

    ii. Add product variables

    iii. Dynamically add products


i. Direct Addition:

  • Manually add the products from product picker.

  • Click on "Add Product," which opens a modal where you can select the product from a collection or search for it.

  • Select Product from collections.

ii. Dynamic Product Addition:

  • During a conversation with the customer, you can store product details in a variable and pass it dynamically to the SPM block.

  • To enable this feature, check the checkbox while adding the SPM block.

  • You can incorporate variables and pass them to the SPM block to generate the product block dynamically.


4. Customising Message:

  • You can customize the body and footer of the message associated with the product block.

5. Limitation:

  • Since this is a Single Product Message, only one product can be added per block.

The primary limitation is that each block can only contain information about a single product

2. Can I preview the product information within WhatsApp itself?

Yes, you can use the "View" button within the Single Product Block to open the product info directly in WhatsApp for a quick preview.

3. Can I customize the message associated with the Single Product Block?

Yes, you can customize both the body and footer of the message to provide additional information or context about the product.
