To integrate products seamlessly into your customer conversations, you can use Product card within Journeys.
As the name suggests you can include product details along with the image in a single block.
Step-by-step guide to add Product card :
1. Accessing the Flow:
Open the desired flow where you want to incorporate the Product card.
2. Locating the Product Card :
Navigate to the Product and Cart section within the WhatsApp tab.
Look for the Product card option and select it to add it to your flow.
3. Adding Products:
Once added, click on the block to configure the product.
There are three methods to add products:
i. Direct addition
ii. Add product variables
iii. Dynamic product addition
i. Direct Addition:
Manually add the products from product picker.
Click on "Add Product," which opens a modal where you can select the products from a collection or search for it.
ii. Adding Products with Variables:
You can incorporate variables and pass them to the Product Block block to generate the product block dynamically.
iii. Dynamic Product Addition:
During a conversation with the customer, you can store product details in a variable and pass it dynamically to the Product card block.
To enable this feature, check the checkbox while adding the Product card block.
4. Adding product description
You can add product description in the message by selecting the “Show product description in the message” checkbox
5. Add buttons:
You can add up to three buttons to the product block and connect other blocks to trigger them when the button is clicked.
6. Enable "Add to Cart":
Below the button, there is a checkbox labeled "Add product to cart".
Select this checkbox to activate the "Add to Cart" feature for the buttons.
7. Using "Add to Cart":
When "Add product to cart" is selected, clicking the button will automatically add the product to the customer's cart. For this we need to use the checkout url variable in the block attached to the Add to Cart button.
After the product is added, a link to the cart will be shared with the customer, allowing them to proceed with the checkout process.

8. Limitation:
You can only select single product at a time per block
This block is only available for WhatsApp channel.
