Message Block

A message block in an automation journey is a block that allows you to send automated messages to users based on predefined triggers. These messages can include text, images, links, or other multimedia content and are used to engage with users, provide information, or prompt specific actions. The message block helps streamline communication, ensuring timely and consistent interactions with your audience.
