There are two major use cases that can be enabled

  • Direct Shipping Updates

    • If you feel that the shipping updates sent via shopify are slow / some statuses are missing and you want to optimise them you can send them using.

  • Optimising the NDR flow

    • This includes deploying tactics to resolve NDR issues like asking the customer for address verification, rescheduling the delivery time.


Optimising the NDR Flow

  • The following scenarios are handled by click post in the NDR flows

    • Address issue: Our courier partner was unable to locate your address.

    • Rejected by customer: Our courier partner informed us that you do not want the order anymore.

    • Customer unreachable: Our courier partner was unable to reach out to you on the provided contact number.

    • Customer unavailable: Our courier partner informed us that you were not available at the time of delivery.

    • Other NDR: Our courier partner was not able to deliver your order. Let us know if you want us to reattempt the order.

  • To enable the NDR flow you can do the following

    • Get the settings enabled on clickpost first : NDR journey / bot is a paid service and they might not always be subscribed. If they are existing Clickpost customers, they should reach out to [email protected]. In case they are exploring, they can reach out to [email protected]

    • Username and key is shared with the merchant at the they time they are getting onboarded on Clickpost. In case there are any issues, the merchant can reach out to their Clickpost onboarding POC.

    • BIK is added as a Whatsapp service provider in the Clickpost Notifications platform. To set up Bik, the merchant can go to Settings -> Notifications -> Whatsapp , here they should choose Bik to set up as a new gateway and they will see an option to enter the webhook endpoint.
